Cueva La Martina has recipes that not only warm the stomach, but also raise the spirits. These are traditional dishes from La Mancha that satisfy every culinary desire, even in the cold season.
Migas de Pastor: This is a very traditional dish of our region and, as the name says, a typical shepherds’ dish, made of the bread leftovers from the previous day. Mixed with garlic, extra virgin olive oil, sausage, bacon and other pork ingredients, in addition to grapes, it is very tasty.
